How We Work Together

Step 1
15 Minute Discovery Call: Learn more about the coaching process. This is a time to ask your questions and learn more about what you can expect to get out of coaching. This call is complimentary.

Step 2
75 Minute Initial Consultation: Comprehensive deep-dive into your challenges, lifestyle, and what you envision for your wellness. This sets the foundation for your coaching journey.

Step 3
Step by Step Progress: Coaching sessions will take place to help you overcome your obstacles, celebrate your wins, and keep you on track to meet your short and long-term wellness goals.

Coaching Packages

In the first month, we will meet weekly (4 sessions).
The first session will be your 75 minute Initial Consultation Meeting followed by weekly 50-60 minutes meetings.
In months two and three we will meet once every two weeks (4 Sessions) 50-60 minutes each. There will be a total of 8 sessions.
Sessions will take place via Zoom or in person. Support and resources are available between sessions. Mindfulness will be incorporated into every coaching session.

Meet for a one time 60 minute micro session.
After your 15 minute Discovery Call, you will receive resources to help you assess your current health and wellbeing.
Come to the micro session with a focus in mind and prepare to leave with action steps setting you up for success. These single sessions are not part of a package. Micro Sessions will take place via Zoom.
